I WANT TO HEAR ABOUT YOU!
Just got back from running 5.5 miles after taking a week off after my marathon. IT KILLS ME I CAN’T GO LONGER YET. I felt fine, especially my breathing and lung capacity. It wasn’t until 4.5 that my knee started hurting. I just need to take it slow so I don’t injure my knee worse!

Hello! So I just got back last night at midnight from Spring Break and I did the LA marathon yesterday. It was… good and bad? Hey, guys. I am feeling weird lately and my relationship with running is just not the best. I just feel like my body hates me when I run. It is making me nervous for my marathon. Just did a 17 mile run. Felt like shit like the whole entire time. This could be because any combination of a.) I didn’t let my food digest long enough b.) I don’t drink enough water c.) it was 82 degrees out; the hottest day of the year so far! d.) I SUCK AT LIFE
