Just got back from running 5.5 miles after taking a week off after my marathon. IT KILLS ME I CAN’T GO LONGER YET. I felt fine, especially my breathing and lung capacity. Just did a 17 mile run. Felt like shit like the whole entire time. This could be because any combination of a.) I didn’t let my food digest long enough b.) I don’t drink enough water c.) it was 82 degrees out; the hottest day of the year so far! d.) I SUCK AT LIFE Have a good week:)
