To all you gym-goers:
1. If you have the opportunity to use a treadmill that is not next to another person using a treadmill, please do so. I don’t know why people insist on running next to me whenever there are 5 open treadmills in a row.
2. Don’t be such a psycho on the treadmill. Sprinting for 30 seconds and then walking for ten is just weird.
