Start out slow, but steady. Walk for 5-10 minutes before starting. Then run/walk for certain time segments (e.i. 2 minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking). Then as you build your endurance, up the jogging time while keeping the walking time low (e.i. 8 minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking). Eventually you will be able to run without stopping to walk. My main advice I have is BE CONSISTENT. Just try to be active and run at LEAST 4 days a week. Good luck:) You can most definitely do it.
